He specialises in professional and pastoral supervision. His particular interest is assisting individuals in the recovery process after experiencing narcissistic abuse in the work place and educating groups on how to deal with the aftermath of narcissistic impact for the work environment. Dirk and his wife, Penne, - also a qualified counsellor - have helped others in the area of relational trauma based on the same dysfunctional dynamics.
